Wayne Ritchie’s stock a large range of top quality snow and ski gear along with other outdoor sporting goods. They have two stores located in Ringwood and Frankston in Victoria. They are a long term customer of the Ninjas since their first site was built in 2010. 

Over the past 5 years they have made a number of enhancements to their site including an upgrade to the Enterprise system with a custom design and advanced filter system to ensure that customers can easily find what they are looking for.

• Customers are able to select a range of different options to filter their search such as, gender, colour, price range, brand, size, ability and status.

Colour Swatches: 

• Hovering over a swatch shows the customer what the product looks like in that colour.

Compare Feature: 

• Customers have the ability to compare up to 4 different products to help them decide on their purchase.

Sort by option: 

• Customers can choose to display search results in order of price, name, brand and year

Customer creation in MYOB Exo: 

• When a new customer places an order online, a new account is created for them in MYOB Exo. Wayne Ritchies can apply special price polices for this customer and run reports on purchase history and other buyer activities

Payment options: 

• SecurePay and Paypal options are provided at the checkout allowing the customer to pay with a trusted payment gateway.
